CHNZBTECH Ships Furnace Door Carbon-Oxygen Lance Manipulator and Installs on Site

Recently, CHNZBTECH successfully completed the shipment of the furnace door carbon-oxygen lance manipulator and carried out its installation and commissioning at the client's site. To ensure the equipment was properly integrated and ready for operation, CHNZBTECH's technical team personally visited the construction site to provide guidance. In addition, they checked the installation progress and coordination of the 50-ton CONSTEEL electric arc furnace, ensuring the equipment was set up for efficient operation.

The furnace door carbon-oxygen lance manipulator is a high-precision piece of equipment independently developed and manufactured by CHNZBTECH. It is widely used in steelmaking processes. This manipulator efficiently performs carbon-oxygen injection operations at the furnace door, significantly improving smelting efficiency, optimizing molten steel quality, and reducing energy consumption and emissions. During production and shipping, CHNZBTECH maintained strict quality control to ensure the manipulator met international standards for quality, performance, and reliability.
